Refund Policy
LHF India is committed to ensuring a transparent and efficient donation process for our valued donors. While we strive to process donations accurately, we understand that, in rare instances, errors or a donor’s desire to cancel a donation may arise. In such cases, the following refund policy will apply.
Refund Request Processing
In the unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if a donor wishes to cancel their donation, LHF India will respond promptly. Donors must submit a written refund request within 1 day of making the donation to LHF India’s official address or email at info@lhfindia.org. The request should include the payment receipt and personal details necessary to initiate the refund.
Timely Response
LHF India is committed to responding to refund requests within 30 working days of receiving a valid request. The actual refund processing time may vary depending on the type of credit card or banking instrument used during the transaction.
Data Retention
LHF India follows a strict data retention policy, ensuring that personal information is retained only as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is mandated by law or regulations.
Non-Product Related Transactions
As LHF India does not sell any products, there is no provision for product refunds or returns. This policy applies specifically to monetary donations made for the foundation’s charitable causes.

LHF India may disclose information as required by law, to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors, or users, and as necessary to enforce our terms of service.
